If we’re delivering or moving a safe for you, this tells us what we need to quote the job accurately. Fill it out and we’ll follow up with your quote — or a couple of quick questions if anything needs clarifying.

The fastest way: send us a video

A safe can weigh anywhere from a few hundred to several thousand pounds, so the quote depends almost entirely on the path we have to move it along. A short walkthrough video answers most of the questions below at once.

  1. Start where our truck would park.
  2. Walk the route slowly — curbs, grass, steps, doorways, tight turns.
  3. Finish in the room where the safe is going, and pan across the floor.

If you measure only one thing, make it this. A safe that won’t fit through the tightest point changes the whole job.

What will we be rolling the safe across indoors?

We protect your floors either way — this just tells us what to bring.

Where are we picking it up?

Only needed because you’re moving a safe you already own.

How hard is the route out of the pickup location?

Installation & anything else

Do you want the safe anchored to the floor?
Does the safe need lifting into cabinetry or onto a shelf?

We recommend at least one inch of clearance on every side. Cabinetry usually needs more — and if the safe needs power, keep the outlet reachable once it’s installed.

Photos of the entrance, any staircase, and the destination room are extremely helpful. Videos are too large for the form — please text those.

We’ll review your answers and reach out with a quote, or with any follow-up questions. Estimates assume the route is as described — if conditions on the day differ substantially, we’ll talk it through with you before any additional charge. Our installers move the safe itself; we don’t move furniture or fixtures, so please clear the path beforehand.
